We're dedicated to providing excellent customer service and meeting your machining requirements. Machining is a process in which a machine, typically a mill or a lathe, removes material from a workpiece through rotation to create a desired shape.
Our Machining Capabilities
The Fadal VMC 6030 is a vertical machining center (VMC) built for taking on serious machining jobs. With a spacious 62.5” x 30” table, it can handle larger workpieces than many VMCs in its class. The 21-station automatic tool changer allows for quick and efficient tool changes, minimizing downtime and maximizing productivity.
The HAAS VF-3 is a versatile VMC known for its balance of size and capability. Its 20” x 40” table offers ample work space for a variety of projects, while still maintaining a compact footprint. The 21-tool magazine provides enough capacity for most machining operations, and the machine’s overall design is optimized for speed and efficiency.
HAAS ST35Y Lathe
We additionally have a HAAS ST35Y lathe known for its precision and efficiency in turning. Our lathe has a swing-over bed of 12 inches and a maximum turning diameter of 16 inches.
It’s a powerful and versatile machine that offers high precision and efficiency in metal machining. Its advanced features, including Y-axis milling capability and programmable tailstock, make it an ideal choice for complex and high-precision machining tasks.
With its high-quality construction and precision capabilities, the HAAS ST35Y lathe is a reliable and valuable asset for any manufacturing operation.
